no la very fast one...i passed my lesson 7 on 14th and could have booked TP on 26th but because I didn't complete my theory (5-7) so I only manage to book TP on 02/01 after completing my theory on 17/18th.... which is in fact also not very far away.

Mine too the tp date pretty far need to wait for 2week+ all the best.. you did your lesson 7 at 3pm?

2week+ quite fast already leh...last time pple wait 1-2months.

 

I did lesson 7 at 1pm...I should mention i passed lesson 7 on 14th Dec not Jan. My TP long over 2nd Jan.

Guys..i went for 5 prac4 already...

 

but still 30++, 40 points...

 

alot of times say wobble when moving off or changing lanes....

 

how ???

Might be the bike fault. Because yesterday i realise after doing both RC and prac 4. Both bikes I used have different throttle power. I sway on my prac 4 as the bike was noisy during 1st gear acceleration compared to the bike i used during RC. It feels like it needed more throttle to move like as if im on the slope. I got points for wobble when moving and bad acceleration sigh

Wobble max can give u 3x thus 12points or is it 6points..where else u getting points? changing lane - what issue? if i remb correctly only need to change lane at one junction after crank course. Did u change in the junction? or u swing in when changing lane?

 

Wobble very hard to say cause I feel I never wobble i also kana..so I try to focus on other areas where u know u can improve. but generally they mark wobble means they feel you still not smooth with the bike. Usually i will also clarify with instructor see what they want me to change?

Finally cleared prac 4 today....

 

Sorry need to ask a noob qns...I applied for PDL...but the TP website says need to wait 1 day (is this the correct SOP ?)...I though is immediate one ?

almost the same day... i applied mine friday evening and saturday i found it is approved.

Ya... It's not immediate...need to wait for at least few hours...

Now the problem is there is not slot for prac 5...

How is everyone?

Just failed my 2 evaluations

 

1st is 3 immediates, 16 points.

2nd is 30 point.

Totally different points…)

Don't know how I can always come up with new ways to screw it.:dot:

It is the last session before tp.

And I just find the instructor took 8 point wrongly for the second attempt.

its okie, actually there will be so many new mistakes. go for 1 more practice, and fixed the previous mistakes. TP will be as strict or stricter, this is the best time to iron out all those silly mistakes like blindspot, check back, filter lane, abrupt lane change the neverending list.

 

Since, you already gotten this far. Its just a matter of time and you will be riding out soon!

i took 3 time to pass i think generally alot pple take 3-5times to pass. Sometimes heng sway u get stricter instructor..sometimes heng way u urself that day not performing. Lol my 1st and 2nd try also totally different mistake. i just keep try to rectify whatever they point out lo.

BBDC has a handbook for the practical riding... that instructor said I need to check traffic twice before I make the turn but the handbook said otherwise, so was the lesson.

 

I also agree fail lesson better than fail tp, at least it is easier to get slot.

check traffic as in when u at traffic light then check left check right? I remb instructor told me before got one TP a lot students got points for that - for not checking in the circuit.so make sure just wayang turn ur head b4 u go...actually is a good practice la..i do that even when i am riding outside now...u never know which idiot beat red light?

 

Also remb to check minor road when u passing by circuit and outside...if not might get points also

turns out i do need to check traffic twice...

turn right-check right, check left, blind spot, then left again

turn left-check right, blind spot, then right again

 

 

wonder how could this work while I am at a traffice light controled junction... it is just too much turning

wow i don't remb got so many checks...if turning usually check both side traffic left right..then just before turn check blindspot and continue - in sch

 

At traffic light going straight? just check left and right then proceed to go straight no meh?

I agree sch abit too much checking..some blindspot i just feel v unnecessary i got more impt things to check...

imagine you are the second bike turning right at traffic light...

 

check back, move off, check right, check left, blind spot, check left, look at right(within one bike length) :giddy:

I am pretty sure my sch teach Check traffic 1st (left right) then Check back. Then blindspot before turning. then done (as in u need to look right but that is for you to ride that direction la not so much of "checking"

the turning rite pocket also need be careful, coz sometimes the sensor don detect. Then the green light arrow wont come out, kena before. Instructor told me to just proceed since im alr in the pocket. Lucky, the oncoming car didn move.

 

If we did all those checks x2, i think just check with ur eyes lo! haha, if not by the time the light changed alr

that is not the test request at least it is not what they say...
