currently riding a gsr600. just nice for sg roads. normally if not much traffic, riding around 110km/hr on the express way. not too fast & not too slow.

previously riding a vfr800. on expressways, seems like sg road is too slow for it. when behind a car, tend to overtake... even at 120km/hr seems abit too slow for this bike.

not yet ride a 1000cc, can't imagine. but shld be nice for touring.

250cc for some power on sg road with good fc.

400cc for power on sg road.

600cc for some power on nshw with good fun on the tracks. slight overkill on sg roads.

1000cc for more power on nshw with good fun on the tracks. overkill on sg roads.

>1000cc lots of power on nshw.

just my 2 cents worth.

Rat bike - A motorcycle not necessarily kept in pristine condition, often painted matt black. Minimal maintenance and mismatched parts often used.

There is no such thing as a better bike. It's up to the preference of the rider. For me the human urge to upgrade and crave the power will always be there. Yes bigger bikes come with a bigger body thus traffic jams and such will be more of an issue. Other than that follow your heart :)
