K7 750 and K1000 are their road tax under the same category? Im nutz abt this..

 

Road tax is computed as follows:

 

Engine Capacity (EC) Road Tax Formula (per annum)*

EC ≤ 200 cc $80 (flat rate)

200cc

EC > 1,000cc $320 + 0.6 x (EC – 1,000)

 

So, a 750 cc bike would cost $80 + 0.3 * (750 - 200) = $245

 

A 1000 cc bike costs $80 + 0.6 * (1000 - 200) = $560

 

My 1520 cc Valkyrie costs $80 + 0.6 * (1520 - 200) = $872

er... some of the calculations are wrong leh..

 

750cc = $245 {$80+0.3*(750-200)}

1000cc = $320 {$80+0.3*(1000-200)}

1520cc = $632 {$320+0.6*(1520-1000)}

 

If I remember correctly, there is a 8% discount for all Road Tax recently

was quoted by asp ubi for a 750k7 (fbb plate,2nd hand) for $325\mth with a 3k down...so it works out to be 22.5k!:faint:

btw, any guys dat could recommend me a shop for cl 2 bikes?

Not worth it !

the price i quote is brand new machine based on my enquiries from a "big"shop

K7 600 - abt 19.5K

K7 1000 - abt high 24K

K7 750 - 21+K

all for brand new ...depends on your age for insurance also but haben add interest

If u want cheap try bike produciton lor

the gsxr 600 and 750 price a lot of difference??

so the insurance are not about the same as rumoured...

over the long run, which one better?

hi guys. would like to enquire.. erm how much would a normal sp cost for a 18 year old? as in after everything and start on road.. newb to bike as i still taking lessons. lols. hope eu guys can help ^_^
