If You wan fish small fish, try BJT.

So far, won't zero catch. but small fishes lah..:angel:

 

If wan big fish, I suggest pond fishing or Offshore fishing.

More fun..

just wondering.. anyone here recently tried fishing around marina barrage?

 

I have fish over at SG Flyer and near to marina barrage... Heard no more fishin allowed at SG FLyer where else the area near to marina barrage is still accessable if go thur the construction site.. there will be a police post there and lights are quite bright.. BUT the current there is quite strong and lots of rocks and seaweeds.. so be prepare to bring more Weight.. :cheeky: Btw, a chinese dude caught a 3KG garoupa with only a rapala :thumb: where else mine was the usual.. Pari...Gerut2.. KBL..

Haha, tongkol you can find only in Sg market. Near shore line doubt so. They prefer deep water.

 

No secret spot la. only at ECP. Tide, season, moonlight and water temp play apart. also not forgetting the 'bait'.

 

Btw, for sharing, the Barramundi, KBL season is coming. Next will be Mangrove Jack and Red Snapper season. TIGHT LINES!!!:thumb::thumb:

Hi guys. I went fishing last nite Caught 1 Cao Xi(Sickle fish) n 1 Catfish...

1 line burst while fighting to get fish up...Sianz did not manage to land tat bugger.

U mean SNAP? How many LBS of line did u use?? And below got LEADER or not??

Dont wait too long, once a good spot always turn into a bad spot very fast.

WHY? cause alot of fishing kaki pollute the environment.:cry: Thats one sad thing about fishing kaki.

I was using Abu Garcia 5500 multiplier, 14ft rod 12lbs line n 40 lbs shockleader as i was surfcasting.

Secret spot? There's none of I know. All spot are actually accessible by public.

This thread is getting more active..

 

Let me do a survey first.

 

Do you guys/gals prefer

1) day fishing (sunrise to sunset) or night fishing (sunset to sunrise)

2) onshore / offshore / pond

 

From there, maybe can arrange a fishing trip for majority of the kakis....
