There's this dry shampoo that they sell at watsons. Many people buy it to bring for tour but its quite useful for helmet hair too, especially for long rides and people like me with oily scalp.

I use Gatsby clay...its dry and won't really dirty your helmet. Then reach workplace just need to hand brush a bit. And hair cannot be too long.

My only problem is when I need to wear formal attire (i.e. long sleeves shirt and pants). Either I wear a t-shirt while riding then change...cos I sweat a lot while riding...or I take public transport...too ley chey to change, especially while you are still sweaty.

i'd keep my hair short, den use "extra hard" gel. wear helmet no problem leh.
