Hi bro do you know what is the problem if both the (brake failure and ! ) blinking and how to trouble shoot it? Thanks.

BMW R1150RT

Try your ABS and see if it works.

Check your battery and PRAY that it is low in voltage. That's the "cheapest" problem. Or you could reset the ABS and see if the problem persist.

If is dry and not going through complicated terrains, is ok for dual purpose tyres.

Dun try your luck, the weather there is very unforgiving.... Much safer to go in with offroad tires...

I also need to reset my bke,

meter keep showing "LAMP F" after I changed pole light to white LED.

It is normal because the CANBUS is detecting lower amount of current use thus it is reflecting it as error.... :p

I reckon they work the same.

The noise is generated by the servo pump.

Did u just got your 1150RT?

Is the ABS working?

When's your last service of brake fluid?

Last change of battery or simply battery status?

I saw in eBay once, this BMW emblem similar to BMW Z4's, where it wil light up when u signal left/right. So if u signal left, the left emblem will light up.

U might wanna check on this if you wanna get something different.

M-Technik seems to have brand new Wilbers for a decent price. Unless you are looking for Used shocks....

I have low budget, hence looking for second hand stuff.

Do you know the price (approx) that M Technik is asking for a complete set of Wilbers?

My understanding is that basic Wilburs goes for about $800 each; adding on stuff will cost more. Call M-Tech, they are helpful.

There's some user reviews on the net where YSS shocks were given a surprisingly good review; from a dealer in KL; might be an option worth exploring.

Cheers

On dry weather, norm conditions ...

I had tried before at SG T.Merah even with road tyres with my Motard.

No issues, you just need to rev higher.

With dual, is even more easy.

Is better to go in light to gain more fun. :p

Wah seh!!!! Let's go soon...the weather now is wonderful till year end......dont worry i take you there if you never go in before...i just loved it everytime....less talk and more ride please....
