Hi Guys...

Need help from the R1200C riders here.

Can anyone please recommend me any online stores selling original parts?

My C's tail light/Indicator light assembly just got knocked by another vehicle (bike?) in a car park and is now broken.

Cheers,

Ant

Bro, obviously maintenance cost is high. Performance Motor charge labour which sometimes higher than part cost depending on complexity of problem.

However, that didn't deter me from owning one...don't get me wrong, I'm not rich, but if u want your bike to be well taken care of, be prepared to pay the price.

Personal experience, I waited 3 weeks to queue for repair though problem not serious. In 2 days, my repair cost is 1k... Hahaha... But it's a old bike and I planned to keep, so there always a price to pay.

All I can say, I love the experience of riding a boxer engine...

well... im looking for some long-distance touring with the GSes. Apparently cannot make up my mind with either the 800 or 1200.

The K1300R and K1300S are more of roadster and sport versions, i suppose.

Posted

Bro, if you're looking at long distance, please get the 1200GS unless you dont mind riding at a slow of 140km/h for 800GS...actually K series can move faster if compared to GS 800...well GS is boxer and K is INLINE......your choice depend on the smoothness of engine you looking at...
