i want to buy a sec hand gs from sonebody and the bike from pml still have outstanding loan with pml can i remove the previous owner name and put my name and continue installment?

 

U can check with the owner. Ask him or she to check up for you. I only know it better to fully paid the bike , then ask the buyer to look of finance themselves .

38k with topbox and side pannier is worth roughly about 1.5k + the insurance about 1k?, Full option would include heated hand grip, Led headlight, cruise control and all the riding modes (5 of them). Its a even better deal than what i have! .

 

De Xing quoted $45k for the new GS LC with full accessories such as boxes, fog light, GPS rack, etc. I wonder what am I missing or perhaps there are some major diff in the configuration of their LC model. Anyone care to advise.

I don't like how the front headlight of the versys looks like though hahaha.

 

I know. That's my only beef with the versys... But maybe can't afford a European brand for now also. For the first 3 years maybe can. But after that time and parts start to fail, think will pay through my nose I'm afraid. Japanese parts would be cheaper I think.

As long the box fits the rack, it fits. Think that bmw rack is just for bmw side box. I didn't really take that much notice of the bike ah.

i) 01 Black Bagster Tank Bra for GSA

I bought this about 4 months back from (where else) Motoworld. Bought at $150, letting go at $100.

I'm riding a 2012 GSA, so I'm not sure which years would fit this one. Be sure that it'll fit your ride before committing.

 

ii) 01 K&N Air Filter (BM-1204)

This one should fit most BMW models, esp boxers.

Brand new in box. Bought extra for my friend, but he no longer wants it. I'm not sure about market price, but I'm letting go at $75.

Again, be sure it fits your ride before committing.

My wife also notice a lady looking closely at my bike this morning down at the carpark. But as my wife was rushing she didnt approach (sigh). But she just kept looking at the bike and the lady. The lady then walk off. Not sure if its linked..

 

Hi bros, for any of you living in the Bukit Panjang area. Please be on a look out of a woman in the late 30's or early forties doing a recce for motorbikes in parparks. I ride a GSA. What happen was this lady was seen taking pictures of my bike from diferent angles stopping to make a call then doing it a few times. My wife saw her while driving into the carpark. Thinking maybe she is a BMW fan my wife decided not to care too much till the woman starts to take pics of parts and different angles. So my wife approach her to ask what's going on and guess what, she Bolted and run like mad lah...I've check with my bike shop and got no issues with them. Hav'nt scratch any car with the panniers yet(choi!!!). If I mayhave piss any one off on the road, she must have taken great effort to track me home....then again no. All I can think off is there could be a syndicate out for parts as the GS range is ast becoming popular like Super4. Just be aware of this lady in the late 30's to early 40's. She was seen wearing black shorts and have panda like eye rings. She uses her smart phone for her camera....insuarance agents or investigators don't work that way. Unfortunately my wife didnt managed to take her pics as didnt expect her to run off just like that.
