Does anyone know where I can buy dyno-jet kit for a super4 versionS

I am running race pipe and pod filters

It doesn't matter what the question is, the answer is more power!

Hi, bro.

I just did that in my company warehouse. Sad to said that it was not easy and I got into trouble while figuring how to connect the hose. Dismattled too much and had the washer and adapter dropped in the middle. Took hours to retrieve the washer and adapter. Finally gave up and send to bike shop to retune and service the carb.

Float jet was worn out and pilot jet on one of the carb was stucked. So now I sourcing for second hand carb. Anyone know where to get one?

I will try to repair my old carb and do restoration on the old one after I got additional carb.

Btw, I went to Unique Motor which is just few units away from my company. Mechanic, Ah Soon helped me to service the carb and syn at SGD 60.

So far, still monitoring the fuel consumption. This evening to pump full tank and monitor.

Still in learning curve.

Wah. You so brave!! I thought you only want to sync the carb. If want to wash should open one by one. At least you got examples to check in case you can't rem how to assemble back.

I just did my spec3 carburetor and spent about $300+, can feel the different but was wondering my idling before servicing was 1/1.1k rpm but after serviced it became 1.2/1.3krpm. Engine firing sounds a bit different does the increase in idling will affect my fc?

dun mind sharing where u serviced ur carb and wat were the items (floating jets/pins/hose) replaced? the cost is a bit steep imo if for a normal washing n tuning of carb...

and for ur idling u may adjust it on ur own...the recommended range is 1.5k rpm idling when engine is hot...

HI

I know that for idling RPM to fluctuate is normal but how much is normal? mine is around the 200 rpm range is it normal? the rpm needle keeps going from 1100 to 1300(bike is warm up) can hear the engine sound up down up down, dont know how to descibe, just did a carb servicing at UM 3 days ago. is it that they did not service or set the idle properly? can it be set to be stablize at 1200rpm with out the fluctuation?

Hi,

Any bro here have exp revert the Dynojet kit back to stock kit? thinking to change mine back to stock due to high FC, any commend?

Try to check your spark plug and service your carburetor.

Just change my spark plug 2wks ago, so will try to service my carb and see how it go, anyway will servicing the carb solve the backfire issue?
