thanks ticks. saw one guy using a 42l box. looks pretty alright. what's your take on it sensei

Lol no sensei. Just someone who misses my drz. I think all in all the trax 38l would fit best visually although I used Xplorer 45. But make sure you do not overload it for prolonged periods of time as the subframe is aluminium.

What he said. I'd suggest an Xplorer 45 if you use a full-face, and a proper rear rack that bolts onto the sides and top of the sub-frame.

Even if use proper rack and stuff please do not overload your box. Remember the saying the chain is only as strong as its weakest link.

Raptor last time showed a pic of the drz subframe cracked due to overloading.

SMs weren't invested to carry stuff at the back. Even a pillion wasn't in the design brief. Hehhee

i think this rack from hepco should be better cause it is not holding on to the seat area (sub frame area) but below the tail section but kinda expensive.

for me i'm using the cheaper ones that looks like the rally 591 that holds on to the sub frame. only helmet and raincoat and backpack in box when riding no pillion.

That should be the same piece of aluminum I think. Just bolted on different points.

Wazzup guys,

was looking around to shop used DRZ400SM then happened to saw these 2 used DRZ. See Link below

My issue here is that both DRZ used bike shared the same contact details.

After googling the number, same number appear but appeared on different bike advertisement.

Should i be concern?

Please advice.

Contact Number is : 98 zero zero zero 80

Hi newbie here.i got few questiin to ask

1- Is vapour meter accurate ?? Cos i throttle above 95 but it show 00. Is it meter faulty? Cause i juz change 2days ago.

2- change piston ring/casket . ( what the damage ? ).

thkx

So below 95 it's ok and above it shows 0 kph? This happens all the time?

It's a fairly simple construction as the magnet and sensor configuration is used on bicycles.. So just check if these 2 items are still intact or not..?

Ride fast..ride safe..don't crash...

I think call up the yoshi distributor and ask. Nowadays they will ask for your chassis number and counter check if yours can fit fs or not.. For the older models I think still can. Probably from 14MY onwards there's a filter in the end can so no exhausts can be changed.. How sad....

Thanks for the reply. Hope my bike is legal for the yoshi fs exhaust. Any idea if the zeta chain guard is street legal?

I've a feeling yours can fit. So if can then you're a lucky bugger. Hehe..

Not sure about the chain guard. Never fitted as it doesn't make the bike go faster. Hehehe..
