Guys i have a question to ask. What is the stock sprocket size for Vara 125? Issit 14/44? I just changed my sprockets to 14/44 with new chain but the problem is speed is only at 90km/h when tacho is at 10krpm. Is this normal or did i use the wrong sprocket size?

I want to see the world and i'm pretty sure the world wants to show a little something to me.

Hi Vara group,

 

I Just got my class 2B, just to check with you all, may i know how much does a new Varadero XL125V costs in the market?

 

Is it worth to get new one if i intend to ride 3 yrs and upgrade to a car after wards.

 

Height 183cm/100kg, Most of the time travelling alone, no pillion.

Daily : Clem -> Serangoon -> Clem

Hi all vara riders,

 

I just owned a second hand 03 vara123... All i can say it is a Great bike! Its my first time owning a 4-stroke machine...

I'll be glad to join your group going for adventure...

 

I need help on varadero from those senior vara riders... Need to change chain(size 520 i guess??) & sprocket (front and rear dunno wat size good??)... EO(??? Litre) and sparkplugs... Any of u guys can help me recommend go which shop ?

BabyVara's stock sprocket is 14/44... with the stock & properly inflated rear tire size 130/80-17, your crusin' speed at 5th gear should be around 90kph @ 9kRPM, 100kph @ 10kRPM, 110kph @ 11kRPM.. with variations up to 0.5kRPM...

 

 

 

And to all BabyVara bros (past and present) here... can anyone recommend a bike shop that can do a GOOD top servicing for my BabyVara? I don't mind paying a bit more for good workmanship, but I would mind shops that try to chop my carrot or provide poor workmanship... Right now thinking of Unique Motorsports, but I am already disappointed with the first step of unreplied cost quotation from them, so I would hope to source for alternates via recommendations from bros here... Any recs?
