Bro yenyu, what is carb n inject fuel.. What different? Lol paiseh i noob. Haha.

The different in technology uses. Difference between carburetors and fuel injection is that fuel injection atomizes the fuel by forcibly pumping it through a small nozzle under high pressure, while a carburetor relies on low pressure created by intake air rushing through it to add the fuel to the airstream.

So in simpler term, one is base on forcing to pump oil, one is base on intake of air to the oil. If still dont understand, google is the library for you. :thumb:

Hello ppl, just wanna share some odd experience I had recently.

After about 40mins non-stop ride, I finally stopped at a nearby petrol station to use the toilet. When I returned to my bike and started it, it instantly revved at 3rpm. It was vigorous and very noisy. Any idea why this happen? Or has anyone here encounter the same thing?

Cant be, i do not face such porblem before during my trip to genting last time... Riding period was ard 1hr++ per stop during my return trip. Is ur idling on the higher side? or like wat ridehard said, throttle casing stuck.

Lol! Alamak...means the idle timing can be changed easily? I realized that normally, my idle speed is between 1.5 and 2 rpm... only when the engine is hot, it goes much higher. :S

Err...one question, how do i adjust the idling thingy? totally clueless about all these stuffs. LOL. That is the first time happening to my bike and i was a lil bit concerned. If i were to go for my 2nd service with hong leong, would they check all those things for me or purely changing of eo and those routine stuffs?

cud e choke had been tampered. throttle casing stuck. carb nids svc. (fuel jet dirty, floater not working, etc....) go to reliable mechanic.

But...my mileage is less than 4000km. Is it that bad?? Any troubleshooting advice that i could do on my own?

It's on the left hand side beside the engine. The nut is inverted one.. It's hard to describe here. U might wanna check out the manual. I believe they should mention abt it. Play ard with the idle at cool state. It should not affect much.. I adjusted it to 5 bar displayed on the speedometer... U can tune lower for ur one probably 4 bars or so. Try fine tuning bit by bit..

good? no good? how to define worth or not worth?

you must know how much you are able to pay for the bike and with spare cash available, just in case repairs are needed like tyre punctures, batt flat, etc..

you need to factor in parking, petrol, erp and stuffs as well. not to forget your own expenses like gf, wife, flings and stuffs..

you decide your own installments.

Stock is good...Choose your weapon wisely and enjoy it...you can have all the $$$$ to mod and in the end you can't make full use of it....
