Universal Motor is the motorshop with the perfect aftersales service. When I went back to service my bike, the in-charge offered me a seat and a drink. The attitude was very friendly and approachable. This is what I call tertiary industry.

Never before had I encountered with such good customer service. Never.

I have to add, I just got my bike from Universal Motors too. And David is seriously a nice guy and good salesman. Friendly and helpful and patience. Price wise I was quite happy with it. No complains. And I know I won't get screwed anywhere in my body or bike :p cos Universal is pretty reputable. Kudos to them.

My very first bike a CBR150, afterwhich i traded in after 1.5yrs to get a GSX400 and sold off the GSX400 to another guy after 10months.

loan was left with 1yr 2 mnths and i got back some rebates! tat was superbly upz

i bought 2 pulsars from them. for myself and my brother. my bro dint use it as often, so in the end i sold mine to ride his. this time, i was left with 1 yr 4 months installments. after selling it for a full cash settlement done at universal, again i got a rebate of $93.

seriously, upz for universal. I love the boss Uncle Johnny. I like the salesman David, friendly and helpful.

regarding the mechanics... i only like the one who works at the showroom, service and character 9/10. the rest at the workshop.. i rather not comment

No more regrets.

hahaa...no worries. Still good to know. My friend was eye-ing the pulsar too but he say top speed of 120kph wasn't good enough. I'm like, wah lao, what you want. Mileage so good already still want fast. hahaha...I'm happy with decent mileage and enough power for that extra boost when I need it. I got a Shadow 400. Can't say it fulfills my requirements but I still like the ride. Pity nowadays raining. Sigh. Go out all the splatters and mud stains see also heart pain.

Oh so the guy at the workshop at Bukit Merah there is Uncle Johnny ah? Ya, nice guy he.

No more regrets.

Not sure which is the old one which is the new one but it's the one along Alexandra road. Opp. and in front a bit more from Ikea. Turn into the lane just after the Shell station. Don't miss the turning cos it's a long way to the next u-turn.

I've been sending my Project Big 1, which I bought from them, for the past 10 years for normal servicing.....does that tells you guys anything? :D

Their mechanics may not be as popular like others. but i like thier down-to-earth attitude and willingness to share some knowledge on the bike which makes my visit there worthwhile :thumb:

kudos to them

The shop opposite Ikea is their showroom.

The shop beside Pang Scooters is their main workshop.

The shop opposite HKL is the new workshop cum showroom for the new Bajaj bikes.

Good customer service for my bike bought from them, as well as all my friends who i brought down to them. Mr Michael is the one i always look for.
