hmm... mine sounds more Like KOPIIIIIIIIIIIII.. hehe. kidding.

might be due to cLutch sLip.. but sLips occur often during moving off.. when u hear some rubbing/friction sound.. not sure abt that TEHHHH sound u mention tho.. but usuaLLy its not anything to worry abt.. unLess u hear metaLs knocking one another.. that is dangerous. bike needs more power to move upsLope.. so the transmission might be working harder to move.. that might cause the sound.. some experience vibrations when moving upsLope too. most cases its normaL cos moving parts do make some noise.. as Long as its not weird.. maybe u're new to the bike n might need some time to get used to the sound of the transmission.

try to pinpoint the origin of the noise. whether its from the variator section or cLutch.. or any other part for that matter.

it's normal for the fan to kick in after the engine is turned off.

but like what Seth mentioned... 1/4 temp and fan start running... it has to be the thermostat is set at low heat tolerance. go and get it adjusted for higher heat tolerance.

this one maybe no charge on parts as they are just adjusting the heat sensitivity of the thermostat. most probably they will charge on workmanship... i don't know. you can try and ask your mech and see lor.

can malossi rollers be used together with pollini variator?

I was wondering too. I think should be ok ah but I suggest you ask your mechanic before something explodes.

Recently while moving off at low speeds my bike will have some heavy vibrations. At first i thought is the mainstand rub with the floor or something cos got like metal sound rubbing against concrete. It's very irritating man.

Could this be the "clutch-slip" you guys are talking about?

Any idea what causes it and any rectification soultions?

bros, can malossi rollers be used together with pollini variator? will there be adverse effect?

not neccessary needed to mix the rollers size..it works fine with single weighted rollers..not much difference actually

the thermostat opens at 60°c...fan is activated at around 85-90°c

best running water temp is around 60-70°c

so if your fan is working n coolant is circulating then ur system is still fine no worry...no need to change anything much...juz your meter giving u wrong info...check your water temp sensor if u want to

Hey guys, i juz got back from Excercsie Lancer in Brunei for 3 weeks. When i took my 5 mths old bike for a ride, i realise everything was fine except for the fuel indicator level. Apparently, even after i top up my tank full, the indicator bars are not full. it shows only 3/4 full.

anyone noes how i can rectify this problem ?

Hi Brother, me again asking about Multivar. I bring back the spring to workshop ask the mechanic help me fix the spring. He told me after i fix the spring, my FC will eat alot petrol. Unless i change torque drive, it will save my FC. Then he say, this spring is hard. Then we have to throttle more to make it move. I hope all experience brother can guide me. Starting, i thought Multivar can perfome better pick up. Now become throttle more petrol to get more pick up?

no worries.. i had that feeLing too when i just got my runner. on ur own wat u can do is read up or search the net abt basic auto scooter transmission. Like how they work.. n which part moves first in sequence n where n etc. then when u ride u 'feeL' the sequence of the parts moving. it takes a whiLe to get the feeL.. but u'LL get it in time.

check out the Link for some basic auto scoot info..

did u just put in the nozzle n put on the full tank catch n straight away remove it after it stop?? if yes u have to try moving the nozzle tip to the opening of the fuel tank...
