just curious... i'm sure some of you like to weave through traffic when they are in a stand-still, have you ever clipped the side mirrors of cars before?

 

when you happened to clip them, will you:

 

1. lose balance and wobble?

2. stop and see what's the damage done?

3. ride on as though nothing happened?

4. settle with the car owner?

if i clipped the mirror while going slowly, i will realign it and signal sorry.

If going too fast, just carry on. Then show my hand to signal sorry.

Got once i clipped a car on purpose once. Why? I squeezing thru stopped traffic to get ahead of the cars. This a55hole purposely shift his car to block me. I stopped before i knocked into him. I stared at him, he give me a stuck up face, i align my big balancer with his right side mirror, open my throttle and gave him a good smack to his mirror. I got ahead to clear the traffic light and heard the moron happily horning away.

hmmm.... wat about the way u put ur tank cap? last time i always put my tank cap with the word facing mi but the mech at tai hin says put the tank cap with the word facing opp will help prevent rain into fuel tank

ha! happened to me yesteday afternoon at yishun...

raining and heaving traffic..

- yup a bit but no dangerous wobbles...

- i just throttled a bit and raise my hand to wave 'sorry'

- if i stopped, i think i have to settle with the other bikers behind me also...

seen some runners using cbr mirrors.. is it compatible with our runners?

because runners uses the screw in type right? i tried the normal small screwed in type of mirrors... when it's fixed it looks so ugly...

and theres a big gap in the mirrors screw in part .. if rain sure goes in...

need to use some kind of adaptor.. coz around $10++, not sure.. but frm my opinion original mirror better, no need to turn check blind spot..

i go try that method too but it dun seem to fit so well like the original way...maybe will get rastadan31 to help me make the fuel cap cover...

got a problem here. bike goes well while open a little bit throttle but if open a bit more or full ball the pipe become louder but no power,can hit 60 very relax but at expressway only can go up till 80/km. Sometimes full ball the bike respone very good can go very fast sometimes the respone very bad no power but exhaust sound very loud. whats wrong with my bike? is still under warranty

this kinda clipping haven't happen to me yet. i'm just waiting for that day to come.

Hi,

Recently my runner (VXR200) been leaking a bit of coolant out everytime I ride.

It has never happened before. It's coming out from the coolant cap. Any idea what could be wrong?

There is a drain hole on the fuel tank cap, but its too small to drain water out when heavy rain. When water flooded on the fuel tank cap area, water will get in from the key hole. One way to solve it is to mod the drain hole bigger, let the water flow faster out of the fuel tank cap area.
