hi guys.. 1 qn.. to top up coolant, must we drain out the coolant 1st and put in a new one OR just put in to the right level...

 

coz my runner 180 sp, now even if ride on highways, can reach to above 3/4 of the temp gauge. any possible solutions?

well actually i check wif a mech regarding my stock carb n he say this UMA can fix... comes in size 24, 28, 34... i cant seems to find it on the net... will search for more info...

May I know how do I ask shops for the correct open filter size that can fit my stock 05 carb? Also, what's the correct size for the stock carb? The manual states diameter 29. But I thought stock carb is 24?

Bro, you already got the answer.

Top up means to add till its the correct level, draining out will be a flushing of coolant already.

 

3/4 gauge? I think your coolant fan is busted. That fan is cheap about $30 but one catch, you need to open up your engine to change it. That opening charge will kill. as good as a overhaul. Alternatively you can check with Taihin, i had my broken fan fixed by them before.

Outlook lor... pay more money, get the same bike that looks a little different.

If you really want to be different, buy a old 2 stroke..

it has been out in the mkt for quite awhile...n it is not install liao u can fly.

N wif dat kinda power which is shld be produce from it, it is quite a risk dat ur bike will break soon n I really mean break...fast but not reliable I guess..meant for race use only..getting dat kit to work perfectly also mean many other major modifications had to be done than just plug n play

even at dat price it is still worth itz value...but as I say getting it fitted on will cost me another S$500++ to get it fitted it "really properly"..an then another sum of $$ n time n effort to tune it up right n then another sum of $$ to prepare for repairs.

 

All I will wanna say is this part is not really wat we call plug n play. Got time i will try to upload a clip of a Piaggio NRG wif dat kit fitted on for race use. Result is very abit terriflying

Frankly, bring in any performance parts you can. Finding a good mech to fix it up swee swee without killing your ride is the challenge

When the bike is running, both headlights are turned on?

Can i fix a HID kit onto the gilera?
