hmm ... i went to http://www.suzukicycles.org/Burgman-series/AN400-Burgman.shtml and realise that skywave and burgman has different engine capacity. Skywave is 399 and burgman is 385 although both are branded under An400.

399 cc is the new K7 engine while the K6 and below are 385cc .

Skywave is the JDM name for Burgman.

Normal wear and tear parts KS will have it. Anything else you will have to order to ship it in. How long it takes depend on how much you willing to pay.

so far any good tyre for the burgman? i guess all the 400cc burgman has the same tyre size ba .... haha

is Skywave and the K7 available in sg yet?

for installing of rear box, does it require additional bracket?

Just take note that skywave TYPE S is no available in spore.

For all Burgman, you will need an additional bracket ($$) for the box. For K7 and TYPE S, there is no backrest so the bracket use would be different from the K6 and below.

maybe is not spare parts lar .. my bad :p but if for some reason the fairing kanna a hole, then the replacement will take donkey years to arrive.

In the event such things happen, just ask Firestorm to get you the MASK :cheeky:

MRA short windscreen ? Why not consider adding a mask.

I understand from firestorm that the mask should be available for the 400s.

Okay lah, DOHC helps with the turning of the cams, think it is better in that sense.

The bracket is only required for K6 and below models, should cost around $100~200 at most bah...

For new models K7, there is no longer a passenger backrest so the box is mounted directly behind like the Silverwing.

i am divided between sw and k7 mah :cheeky:

To make things simple, just get a SW.

Look at the number of SW vs K7 on the road.

However, I personally would get a K7 :cheeky:
