LOL.

OT abit, was at CDC yesterday and saw people doing pract 3 fig 8/crank course. SO MANY PEOPLE FELL DOWN! got this malay dude i saw thought he was rossi, entered the figure 8 very fast, cleared the first left turn luckily, tyres were rubbing against the outer kerb. and the second right turn i saw him speed up want to bua the crash bar but failed terribly

strike kerb and flew off the bike and hit head first wow. amazingly he just limped his way to the bike and rode it. very cute, just ride over the fig 8 and crank course towards the road thinking its a scrambler and yes, he fell down on the road again.

I wasn't even riding fast lor!! I was just damn suay...lost my balance...

That was the most unluck night in my entire life!

For the 1st time in my riding life, my bike engine died while I was on the plank. I was like 2 cm away from leaving the plank....shitty night that was.

I dont need medical attention too. It'll go back on its own. Happened when my knees dislocate too, they will all pop back into place.

I think that is something anyone can do...you just have to be able to be relaxed enough. if you're not, you will tense your muscles and not be able to let it go back.

Only problem is it hurts like mad...the last time I dislocated my knee, I can't walk properly for 2 weeks.

This time the shoulder is alot better. Just some pain and stiffness for 2 days.

Perhaps it is not luck? you control the bike...not luck? :)

When i was taking my 2B, i realised that all the nonsense starts happening when you are 'kanchiong' or rushing to do things...late for class, rush for it...rush to submit booklet..rush to put on safety pads...rush to warm up..rush to bike...you already hyped up liao...adrenaline pumping...sure very tense one...try to relax still la, better yet be early if possible la...as naggy as i may sound! :)

Dislocated knees.....OUCH!!!!!

Also...being able to dislocate your shoulder and knees and be able to pop it back on your own may seem good...but please...be careful...you keep doing that...the socket will wear out...next time you walk around suddenly dislocate or carry things suddenly pop your shoulder....want to live like tt meh?? haha...i last time got dislocated shoulder also...always kenna also...then i realise best thing to do...get it fixed...physio tam poh can already...strengthen the muscles around the joint...joint is !@%ed because of repeated dislocation...treat your body right...

Wah lan..the malay guy at CDC racing for medal arh? haha..what sia...if he zhai..okay la...samore header the ground...poor ground...must be damn painful for it man..

Take care!

Cheers!

yup...last thursday evening 8.10pm, Lesson 5.

I was late...arrived only at 8.25pm.

Rushing to warm up before assessment...

Ride like a mad woman into crank course.

Fell and tried to hold on to my bike.

The bike pulled me along and I lay flat on the grass patch for like 10 minutes.

If u're gonna fall next time, dont hold on... let go of the bike, and jump away k...:thumb:

i flew and ended up hitting my head on the track for cars. thank God the cars were going VERY slow or i would have been dead by now...can still remember feeling "gong gong"..
