oh thanks, its kind of sad that SSDC is shifting to woodlands...

may I ask is there difference if a new student learn to ride with a 400cc bike instead of 125cc (let ignore the license classes)

Is it really important for bike rider to progress under this license class ruling?

bike is a machine without soul, rider would inject new life and character to this machine

I'm sure learning a 125cc will be easier than 400c.

But other countries, example Japan, u can start from and Class u want.

Most pple start from 2A in Japan.

Cheap gloves, but with one fall, u can still cut ur palms. those gloves can tear immediately once u fall. Get a comfortable, better gloves. $20-$50.

My lesson's at 5.55pm, but I have orientation at 4.20pm. I've been reading this thread for some time before I joined, and I believe you are an instructor at SSDC right? That's great.:thumb: Maybe you'll teach me on that day?:D

Do you have any recommendations on where to get better gloves?

Oh... that's informative, so Japan has cls2B, 2A and 2 like we have in singapore? By the way the riding courses in SSDC are exactly the same as the japanese counterpart?

Hmmm....on quite a few occasions, I will see one of the SSDC instructors overtake me on Lentor Ave on his Yellow Kawasaki and turn into the SSDC at Yio Chu Kang on my way to work.

Does anyone know who that is? :D

Their circuit looks similiar. but the courses may be different. Not sure if its really called 2B,2A & 2. But i do know that they can start for any one.

First day during enrolment, have to pass the eyesight test, and also confirm not colour blind then can! :D

Then must book the practical test in the circuit.

If got slots available, then you can got for lesson.

Theory can go home and learn, E-learning.

After you finish all the theory at home, then go and book the Theory test.

Before the Theory test you can still go for lesson 1 until lesson 4.

Just remember to bring alot of money! :D

You need to take IC size photo, pay for probation license, insurance and enrolment fee. All these need money.

Good luck! :)
