Wah! More than 3 months of not riding. Please come back for circuit revision to refresh urself before going for lesson 5.

And when u start ur practice, Dont immediately start practicing E/brake.

Do the easy ones 1st. Slope or narrow plank or figure 8.

To Everyone out there.

TRY NOT to start of ur practice with the emergency brake as the 1st course.

Especially if the bike was not used at all at the previous session before ur session. Brakes need to be warm up a little before using them effectively. U need to get used to the bike and brakes also. If not the brakes will 'bite' too hard even if u feel u applied them softly. Since the E/brake is the 4th Course of ur test route, make sure u use ur rear brakes especially when u're riding thru test route till the E/brake.

Recently, A class 2 Rider started of his practice with E/Brake as his 1st course. The moment he moved out from the building, he turned right towards the E/Brake. He performed his E/brake, skidded and fell badly adn fracture his arm or finger. Not too sure of the details. But he couldn't move and an Ambulance had to drive in all the way to the E/brake area to bring him to the Hospital. Ride Safe.

Got 3 months meh? No choice...that time dislocated my shoulder mah. Only recently no longer feel pain. heehee..

Not to worry, I will follow the course that we are to be accessed and do it step by step and yes, I will definitely do a circuit revision.

Agree, each bike even same model have different characteristics... so need time to familiarise with the clutch point , throttle and brake performance...

Just like gfs also have different character .... also have different characteristics to reach climax..... right ? heee.........teo boh........

In that case, for class 2A can please don't do e-brake in lesson 1 or not? :D Just kidding okay...

I also skidded during e-brake but thankfully the instructor (Mr Noor Azli) jumped fast enough. Fortunately nothing more serious happened. But I got a fear for e-brake. Today took me many tries to get it right. Thanks Mr Shaikh for your patience...

So now going for my FOURTH Lesson 1. Bo pian, this is the only way to spend time with the bike. It does take a while getting used to the throttle and handling... My left leg now covered in bruises

dont think its true and possible. if really need 14 hrs of pillion riding, you need to attend 14 times of practical lesson to gain 14 hrs of pillion riding.

A second of precaution is an hour of safety. It never hurts to ask.

Do at least 1 night lesson(8.10pm) in either Lesson 6 part 1, 6 part 2 or Lesson 7. But we always advice to do it during ur Lesson 6. Don't wait till L7.

No, u don't need to clock 14hrs of pillion. Just have to practice pillion riding for abt 30 to 40 mins during L4 to L7.

ssdc got 8.10....thought end at lesson 7?

He meant 8.10pm. Not Lesson 8.
