U need to know which u constantly unstable in N keep practising that to make it perfect.

For me is crank and figure 8, so I seek instructors to give me advices on that during CR.

Just for Feb i attended 5 RR and 5 CR prior TP.

So the key is to keep practiising and incorporate all safetly check to become a habit.

i got similar mishaps... my mirror on my right drop... after abt 100meters after the gate...

 

worse is that nobody knows that my mirror drop... Sigh~

Rod Monteiro (Radio Jockey) was a great student. I remembered he was having lots of fun trying to push himself further on the plank. Trying again and again to beat his own personal timing. From 9secs to 12secs then i think he hit 15secs . After i timed him and told him his timing , i think i remember him saying "Yeah! That's what i'm talking about"

 

took my tp tgt with him. still rmb he was the one to lead the safety riders' pledge =)

The tester said, She completed the test route, but the bikes did not. She rode the bike out, she ought to ride it back...

 

Everyone just feel it's not her fault. Hopefully she get some special arrangement by the sch or tp due to this unusual event.

maybe that's the purpose of us having to check tat the bikes we use are in proper working condition ?

coz during my prac 8 this guy failed because headlight on to 3rd, but the bulb blew and he nvr check th bike. makes no diff coz he accumulated many points anyway.

 

but if bulb blow halfway, really jialat sia ...

how is one able to ensure that the bike can stay in perfect working order throughout the test?

 

it is very unfair for the testers to issue an I.F. because of bad luck, assuming the bikes are well-maintained by the driving centre.

yup i heard of that too... that's why they insist that student check their bike first before moving off ensure all lighting system works... but chances of bulb blown are small but still there so keep our finger cross... luck must be there.

Its advisable to say ur prayer when u sit on the bike becoz you never know what will happen.

 

That time during my test, I was really unlucky and have to force myself to complete the test. However, it is fortunate for me to pass the test with 8 pts.

 

Half way through the test, my gear could not step down to gear 1. So I have to move off with gear 2 by throttle very hard and loud. Imagine going through plank with gear 2 and slalom with gear 3 (must show I change gear), using gear 2 to do right turns on public road and going up the slope when returning to circuit.

 

After I completed the test, the bike was being "warded" to the workshop after I inform the instructor on duty about the problem.

 

Good luck to bro and sis for your upcoming test. If that day is not the day for you to pass, try again another day.

then your 8 demerit, what were u penalized for ?

 

guess fr my test, i need to say alot of prayers and sayang2 the bike .. ahahh

 

btw, i keep having this problem .. figure 8 and slalom, always kick neutral gear instead of gear 2 .. anyone hows why i keep kicking neutral? kick too soft perhaps?

Blind spot- 4 pts

Fail to change to appropriate gear b4 turning/stopping- 4 pts

I still keep the result slip for memory.

 

My ebrake stop at gear 3. move off at gear 2.

 

I think you try to kick harder next time? Or you are too excited when you are entering the course? Initially I was so gan jiong that I did not use enough strength to kick up the gear. I believe after several CR, you will be better.

I made some enquiry on defensive riding from SSDC, which they mentioned during 2b graduation. Heard enlisted boys will need this prior they can ride the bike into camp.
