Not sure if anyone suggested this: take specs down, put on helmet, then wear specs again.

 

Btw, when you wore your helmet, your helmet isn't suppose to slide around your head. If it does, either your cushion has worn out or your helmet is too big or simply the shape of the helmet doesn't suit your head's shape. I'm saying this cos it sounds like your helmet is sliding and the movement has affected your specs' position.

 

Just a guess: your helmet is tight at the sides but slightly loose on the front or back right?
