They should do it for Class 3 too. Those who are taking Class 3 need to have a valid motorcycle licence. Let them feel how we feel and the roads will be a safer place.

oh ya.. that rumor.. one of my friend told me might be true because, had a friend that is 17. 2011, last year la, then ask to take theory only. what he said was the counter person says dont allow 1994 take theory anymore. like something gotta do with their batch... its not. official news.. but its better for us worse for them.
