WZ.... how u feel vs ur S10? hahahahahha

YZ, not WZ la. say so many times liao

Btw, hard to compare with s10. Different kind of bike.

S10=Feel shiok with the power, tall n confident ride. NCX=Feels very nimble, easy to handle, smooth n tame.

On one hand i miss my s10 torque n height, on the other hand, i really appreciate how easy the nc rides..

Mod 1.jpg

1) hepco xplorer side carrier (was touratech zega pro but HB rack cant use after many adjustment and head cracking idea, T-case touching exhaust if level with seat, shift up too high up looks funny haiz .... unless re-do 80% of the rack to fit the case or change exhaust, Ends up decided to use back Xplorer silver instead of black...result not bad in my view)

2) hugger

3) fender extender

4) hand guard

5) main stand

6) big foot

7) BM grip

more to come....

Ride safely bro. Read the forum and it took him 8 weeks to get the repairs done.

Hi guys, can I confirm if the DID chain have the word japan stamped on it as well? I remember seeing theDID word but not the JAPAN word on the chain.

now my other concern is with the other "mods" on the bike, will they entertain the recall warranty or make excuses that we are not allowed to install anything

If the recall is on chain only, they shouldn't check other parts of the bike. But if the recall is on engine and there are modification done on the engine, they might void the engine warranty. The good thing is that add-ons that improves riding safety like changing horn and 12V socket for GPS are fine, this is through my conversation with Mr Toh from BS.

So what are your 'mods', share leh :D

There are equivalent ones which looks exactly the same..

But the material and cutting slightly diff.

BMW grips.. slightly softere.. thus dampen the vibes...

Has contours..... so when numbness starts.. u shift u grips further out or in to promote blood circulation..( when most of the time when touring )

FOr this bike is parallel twin so vibes not that bad...... still

its a worthy investment..

Anyone going for bar riser as well?

Yes, i have done BMW grips and riser for the NCX.. Have tired to rise the handle bars to 40mm.. and back to 30mm.. trying to get more comfy ride position..

I feel dat oem grips by manufacturer tends to get sticky when travellin on longer trips esp when ridin bare hands. With bmw grips i dun experience such issue. I dun hv sweaty palms.

Yeps horns 12v is fine.. i have them on my bike and they have no issue abt it. I also also install switch on my headlights and put plug and go on my spark plugs. So far seems fine from them.

Anyone here noes the best place to install spot lights or fog lights to brighten up the roads during night travelling.

Do these lights uses independent voltage or from our own bike batt?
