First thing - you need to have a bike in mind to let the insurance companies quote. Lets say Fjr 1300.

Second thing - call up NTUC, AIA, hotline etc to have them quote.

No bike means no quote

i'd like to point out that in general you are not required to declare any accident that occurred more than 3 years prior to new sign-up of policy. at least, that was the fine print in my previous new policy sign-up. since you said it was 3 years ago, it could well be no penalty on premiums and no need declare. but again, please check fine print.

It's true: it's more fun to ride a slow bike fast than to ride a fast bike slow. Admittedly, though... It is MOST fun to ride a fast bike fast!

i agree with mechwira...however pls calculate the "3 years ago" carefully dun be lesser..(i.e. 2 years, 12 mths, 29 days)on the date of sigining the insurance.

u are asking for trouble. :)
