Hi all.

 

I'm looking for a decent scooter for class 2B.

 

Currently, I'm looking at Honda PCX 150, SYM GTS 200, SUZUKI Abergman 200 2014 and Kymco 200cc.

 

I knew it's unfair to compare 150 vs 200cc. Just wanna check with u guys that which brand is good in term of the scooters performance, maintenance, and last but not least....which brand of scooter will last longer.

50cc won't make much difference, but I think the PCX 150 might last longer, knowing Honda reliability. It's just my opinion. Probably next best is Suzuki Burgman. For Korean and Taiwanese bikes, I think they won't last as long.

How long do you guys change your belt and rollers? Manual states 24,000km but I've heard people changing as early as 15,000km.

I called boon siew yesterday.. they are having a promotion for the pcx at around $9707 until the end of the month. Normal price the salesman said was $10507 liddat. Sounds like a good deal.. savings of $700! haha

Hai guys I m serious on getting the PCX after my 2b final test in NOV ..... wanna let go my Citrone C3 for economical reasons ..... ha ha ha

O.K ... i am quite undecided need advises from the shifus here for the following concerns:

 

a) What advantages does PCX has over he yamaha XC 155

b) What id the OTR current price for the pcx 150 ?

c) The 2015 PCX any idea when it would be launched ?

d) Read alot abt the led headlights , does the model in SG comes with these or with the conventional lights?

Me too also thinking of burgman 200 bcos of its storage. Look nice too. N also adiva ad3 n yamaha tricity.

 

Not sure about the key as i nv ask. But i know 2013 have remote so by rite 2015 shld have.

the size of Burgman for newbie like me looks daunting.

AD3 is 16k OTR.. This is roughly 10K. And burgman 200 is 12k.

 

Worth it to get ad3 just for the roof meh. Also does the size of these scooters defeat the purpose of a bike? (Unable to lane split?
