hey hey... can i ask sth.. where is the idling stick for sp arh.. must open fairing one or not ah. which side to open

sorries was wondering where could i go to tune my sp.... cause i dun seem to have much power on the sp as at 5th gear at 6 k rpm i doing at the best 90 km/h is that normal?

maybe u shuld go more den 6k rpm dats y.. : D.. at 7k and above. .d power will kick in any idea where is the idling stick?
