My carbrator leaking petrol!!!

 

It's at the part of the carbrator which is below the knob which u set your idling!

 

It leaks slowly and drips to the rotor system, not as in leaking continously.

 

Why ah???????

Need help...this morning on the way to work...so sudden my engine give out loud noise like metal scrub metal when pull my throttle...is it piston ring problem...so sian.....i stop for few minutes then start again...luckily ok liao.......but scare to tarik the throttle later jam lagi cialak......anyone encountered this problem....

seems like its nt carb overflow.as u say is below the idling knob which is leaking nt the tube tats below the carb leaking rite?tink gasket wear and tear liao lah.if dirty then overflow then petrol will leak from tube below.better turn off and ask tow truck.coz smokers around then light up ur petrol then gd luck to u liao.

 

oh ya and ytd nite hor i riding halfway..wan down gear tat time cant even find my clutch !!! den i realised tat a screw came off and my clutch was dangling and rubbing against the road !!! in the end i use rubber band tie it and ride home....damn suay sia

 

wah so dangerous ah bro better go mech and fix the prob le

Angels eyes are illegal..But white light/bulb isn't..Go back a few pages or look in the Legality & Regulations section..You can find really helpful information there..

mine was like tat a few weeks back, been leaking for quite a long time..didnt realise it...

but it drips slowly, went to the mech and check, the rubber gasket or smthg i not sure, must change already..

better get it repaired, kinda dangerous, imagine someone infront flick a cigg butt...hmmm:)

lol ur clutch lever too 'good' already la. got screws here screws there. somemore is short lever =x change back the normal wan la... and change cable also? or like wat lost said, check ur clutch plates also =x but just changed right? mayb the mech change till like tat =/

 

the screw tat came off is just below the footpeg right? lol tat time i also kana. see la... buy lousy quality de. must be yoshimura from LAB right? lol i stuff small piece of paper into the screw to make it tighter. save $80 bucks and time to get a new footrest of the same quality =x

i rather pay abit more to ease my mind
