hi guys, i remembered last time 1 of the bro here say there's 1 shop in defu lane who can mend scratches on farrings quite well and cheap. does anybody know whats the shop's name? and roughly the price? i need to go to the shop. thanks alot

jus ride and cap it at 120 lor.. dun go more den tat.. sometimes things happen it jus happen.. u buy 1st hand things also will spoil or got error 1.. look at the bright side.. :)

bro.. i tink you check at ubi that side.. got one shop ermm... first motors or S1... tink either of these do it...

piston jam very hard to say 1 leh...there are lots of reason 1 leh....setting not rite...2t finish...weak piston...or a sudden drag after so long of running in...there are many other factors....piston can jam at any time 1...u were jus unlucky...jus be thankful nothing happened when it jammed....cos i've seen cases where ppl skid and fly 30 40 metres....

but after they mend they will respray meh...touch up work is never as good as a whole bike respray...the shade is definitely going to be different...

maybe their way of covering ur scratches is using marker...haha....thats why cheap..lol

ya lor.. the shade confirm look ugly one leh.... they patch nice... but respray sure the tone very different.. new paint + old paint = not nice

its not the bike's problem .. its the mech ...

i think i roughly know wads goin on ..

waa.. yesterday my bike piston jam at bke when going home sia 155km/hr jam liao.. i overhaul at kok seng and after 1000clicks i change E.O and wanna test top speed and after that jam dam suay la push all the way after mandai exit to mandai hill camp to park there and take cab home, today they close cos they got racing at tuas ****up shop after they change everything for me free i will never go that shop again somemore he tell me can go 180km/hr with no problem

 

 

woah u so suay just run in finish only piston jam .

i saw ur bike... can ride de la... only need to open up ur engine againz... tats the ex part.. coz ur con-rod jammed... pin say most prob.. ur temp too high and u nvr realise it till its jammed.

 

the rest are like minor.. footrest.. fairing.. etc.. other than tat.. all okay bah... my bike just behind ur bike..

hey there. dunno if u rem me. i was the guy there at kok seng that talked to u.

 

Anyway, i thinks its damm unfair for the shop dat u only say part of ur story here only. IF i am not wrong, u told me dat after overhaul u were running at 100-110km/h??? and the mech did tell u to ride at 80 first den slowly after u clock more den increase slowly. and all the way while running in u ride at 100-110kn/h? And the mech also say run in till 1200km den chg oil? and now ur piston jam u blame them??? :dot:

 

anyway i am just voicing out wad i have heard since its such a coincidence dat u talked to me. And also i have no meaning of flaming u. just feel unfair for the shop.

 

Anyway the mechanic that did your bike was previously from XING HOCK. His name is ah hao. Some of the old birds i guess should know him also. and he is not those irresponsible mech.
