20amp is for overall wiring. If i not wrong, meter signal, headlight is onli 15amp. Correct me if i am wrong.

 

what colour is that 15A??

Is the main jet and air jet. For stock, main jet size is 152 and air jet size is 42. Is a gold colour thing. One long and short.

 

 

This is the jet which allows the petrol to flow through the carb rite??

 

Hi all. Comparing prices before I decide whether to send my bike to a shop in Singapore or Malaysia. There's a very strong vibration when I maintain at 4000rpm. Gets worst as the RPMs increase.

 

Does anyone know the price for an engine overhaul in Singapore or in Malaysia?

You need to near the bike whenever you send your bike to repair...

I wasn't there and it will take few days depending on the parts availability...

 

Better do in singapore.

And if u ask bike shop to change this main jet, the size will be abt 154- 156. That y will not be 152. If u wan a exact size of 152, can get at LAB or FJT itself. Den will confirm gt 152. I heard is quite cheap on $7 and abv.

-Fuses break everytime u changed it i think if it's not major problem, it should be the coil or the fuse stand not function well lo.. Cuz i ever expe once. Once i on highbeam or passing, fuse sure break. But it's good to check carefully lo..

If CDI problem, then u got big problem d, cost higher than bike.. lol...

 

 

oh ok.... so will ask the mech to check... what would be the price they would charge to check??

 

CDI how much?? will it spoil if water leaks into it???

Hmm.. Wiring ask to check i think no nid to pay for it de, charge will only for things for replace. If minor problems like fuse stand, it wont cost a lot.. less than 100 bucks sure can do. If CDI problem n need to change one, then jia lat d.. heard new around 300-400 bucks if i'm not wrong. but u can get a 2nd hand one or get from scrap yard lo.. cheaper. lol... Anyway, correct me if i'm wrong.. bullshitting here only.. lol..

Think it will spoilt if kena lot water cuz u noe la electrical item.. sensitive de.. lol..
