APPEAL

 

Anyway ppl, anyone know how to appeal?

my fren turn into a slip road (against traffic) den kena caught fer escaping ERP. charged $200. can appeal?

 

its the erp at sim lim there. i think it was LTA officer camping there who caught him. how uh.

the wkend i wana hold my bday chalet, alrdy got 2 other SBF bikers holding chalet, so i decided to forget it haha
