She suddenly like backfire lor. Something struck at the pipe. Dunno is I pour too much 2t at tank that causes like this.

hmmm... no comment ar... then during the prac, he nv stopbeside you and nag at u ma?

 

some time i feel that they very irritating.. keep telling my faults cos i always got small mistake... but at the end of the day, i go n reflect and think thru lo... so next prac i wont do same mistake again...

 

sometime very sway one... if the front person change lane abruptly, then the whole group follow the front person.... if the front person do all the things correct, then the group will pass... hehe... tt's how i pass my prac 6.1

 

when u pass liao u will realise wad the instructor say is true and not anyhow fail u one

very relax already. :*( every morning 6.30am wake up go for prat. 11am start work till 9.30pm. and they keep fail me for some **** reason. Just too tired been waking up early. Anyway thanks for your support. ^^

my suggesion. take out your PA ignite. problem solve.

Hmm the PA Ignite makes a big diff in acceleration and fuel savings - tried by me, it's not the typical snake-oil gizmo ... Won't take it out or my FC will be nearly 2-digit, cos the block is badly ported by prev mech ... :faint:

 

But brake pad braking fades = disc brake..PA Ignite reduces engine brake but physical brake should remains the same..

The stock caliper is not a floating-type, so the moving plate is impt - in my case, it's bent. Heat cannot dissipate via the plate effectively so the pad becomes glazed and won't eat. I press harder and for extended periods but to no avail, so the pressure over time kills the pump kit and caused several portions of the brake line to swell.

 

Worse still, got misled by mechs saying that DOT3 brake fluid will nv boil on an SP ... Used those infrared camera for inspecting electricals / termites and rats / ppl hiding behind walls to verify that it was boiling.

 

So because of one damn slide plate, I've got to replace the entire brake system ... But finally I've got the issue down to the bottom, with the help of 2 mechs at AGL - no more frequent changing of brake pads, pump kits, bleeding etc. :thumb:

 

but i donnoe if it's in small cc bikes like sp.

from wat i see in the service manual,the coolant juz flow thru the engine...dun hav the thermostat...only hav thermo sensor...dun if true or not...
