thinking of going to race werks tomoro for full servicing. heard its $90? 1 of the items they change is gasket rite? wats that ah? actually i just want to decarbonise, change gasket, sparkplug and eo so maybe not doing full servicing la.

If u do full service better change piston ring together. We do our full service every 25000km. Every 25000km we change gasket, spark plug, piston ring, coolant & cluth cable. Gasket they confirm wan change to us, cos u open the carburator u old gasket oso cannot use liao...

Izzit that important to change Clutch cable?

Will it like snap off or anyting like tat if used for very long liao

full service doesnt include decarbon unless u pay i think $70 more for it. planet quote $120 for a full service and u can ask j the pro wat he did for full service cause he did once..

civicr i didnt involve in accident. i drop my bike hard thus cracking my left tailboard. but i manage to get my gf dad to help me so all my farring is back to normal.. just that need to put putty, paint and stickers to cover

i normally wash my bike, use kero wash my chain and lub every week, wax and wash rims clean and shiny and pump tyres every 2 weeks.

 

i am going to strip my bike down after my exams which is 3 weeks later and get her sparkling clean.. use degraeaser for all the parts, even for the ones near the 2t pump haha

for chain lub i don normally use so ex one. pj1, normal castrol or putoline ones is sufficient. cause i normally lub my chain more than once per week if the chain is dry. and the most fling only and i just wash my rims more often nia.. rather than paying so much for maxima etc.. cause i budget hehe..

don so u are saying that the mudguard if not aligned with the wheel may not be probably due to forks bent but rather the mudguard itself right. cause i nv hit onto anything the most is drop my bike which i think damage the alignment of my handlebars.. thats what i hope and think.. maybe i will go down to planet to ask ah chong to check. hopefully not so ex haha

Not sure if U manage to see the pics of my bike damages, does putting in putty really helps? I have purchase Araldite to glue back the split on part of my saitao. But not sure how to fix the hole on the front part of the saitao.

guys, u all should check this out...i cant sleep, so went through the clips and motions...this's the only 1 i laugh until stomach almost cramp...

hm...during a skid when the front mudguard is in contact w/ the road i guess its possible to have the mudguard kena out of shape as a result looks misaligned

 

but for yr case its stationary drop...i guess mudguard shape shouldnt be affect bah...

somehow i feel this kind of alignment problem hard to solve leh...unless u get a mechanic thats super dedicated to bring yr bike out for a ride to corners etc to have a feel of it himself...else chances are they are juz gonna do a visual outlook of the forks etc which i feel is alot of wayang
