underseat nicer but pillion bk will feel warm after some dist but not a big deal, however, for track players who want to keep changing their exhaust ard - v siong, unlike side mount, just a couple of screws only to change the end can

I've read some online articles before about the pros and cons.. Here are some of them that I still remember..

Here are the cons for underseat exhaust; almost no storage space, heavier(due to longer piping), and slightly less power due to the less than optimal design.

Pros are it look nicer and more aerodynamic and better weight distribution.

Be happy always :-)

i prefer side mounted for japanese bikes, if its underseat then its gotta be ducati - the original stuff...hehe

Actuali Ducati got their inspiration from Honda......

Philosophy A: Ignore what everyone else thinks. Riding is a better way to get around. Ride paranoid and keep your skills sharp

Philosophy B: Ride with somebody who's better than you. You will pick up a handy trick or new skill just about every time you are out

Philosophy C: You don't need a big bike to prove ur passion for riding

Side mount is the way to go. I really appreciate the underseat storage and the fact that I can polish my exhaust can till shiny shiny and admire it! (Mine shiny until can comb hair liao... wahahaha)

still prefer a big exhaust by the side , it looks much better then the undertray (thats what i personally feel) but the undertray exhaust do give you better balance in corners

like the look of 2 big exhaust, 1 on each side. to me motor must have exhuast leh, & lagi best must be so shinny like mirror :thumb: bikes like ZZR, ZX-11, Intruder, Slingshot, FJR, BB ect. 1 of my all time favorite is the Suzuki Slingshot, all black fairing with 2 shinny exhuast :lovestruck:
