Wonder @Janeoh would be able to join us not.. maybe if she comes can shun bian motivate her to get back on the bike n complete again haha

9 Feb 7pm kallang KFC 😂

I repeat the info first. Saw my name so come in to say hi!

Happy New Year!!!

Congratulations to @snooptraderfor passing!!!! So happy for you 😊

I'm quite sure I won't be riding anymore, it's just a matter of when I go get the paperwork done for withdrawal.

At least for the first half of this year, I'll be "focusing" in music and children. 😂 more my area and less chance for injuries. 😝

Still recovering from the last fall, though thankfully it's at the superficial stage (scarring and general fragile & sensitive skin). At the end of last year, don't know if I updated, I ended up in the hospital for it cos it was chronic (couldn't close) and the surrounding site was blistering at an increasing rate. 😅 (Dr said wanna graft also have no place to anchor the graft..)

(I did enjoy my alone time in the hospital 😝)

Anyway... respect, @Nakuru for preserving through your recovery and I'm glad to hear that there's improvement. And getting on the bike again! 😊

9 Feb 7pm Kallang KFC

i might pop by to say "Hi", no bike also can lah. Usually say goodnight to the kids at 8pm, can leave home after.

Will check in again on that day 😊

Thanks so much for your kind words and I just feel relieved and fortunate.

Take your time and maybe you will want to ride again when you meet the group! I will want to have a look at their bikes. I too will be coming in a different mode of transport and really want to meet the community.

Really sorry to hear about the fall and I’m sure you will recover… I’m going to make sure that need to buy more gear should I decide to mount a bike to ride… that part am very nervous and will likely elaborate more when I see you all….

Please do come and we would all like to meet you, and you too, have been part of my journey in the 2B ride… :)

nah.. too much of a hassle.. + time/effort is already spent on organising..

1 - organising a event is already headache enough.. need time - print out leaflet to attract new riders and put on most Kawasaki Kips (KRR)

2 - planning of route - ride from where to where..  (last time, nowadays lazy already)

3 - later will still kanna feedback, you never think of CL2 riders, bike overheat, must go faster (above legal speed) 2B will say you too fast.. need to go slower (below 70, 60 best)

You experienced rider should know lei.. LOL..

Only bluesg can rent to p-plates. That's how they earn money (excess).

That's the right formation for convoys.... the most experienced riders are at the back and not in front. That's what they do in BBDC. The weakest riders will be placed in front and more experienced ones at the back :)

it makes sense from a risk mgmt point of view - p-plate riders are probably the highest risk of an accident, whether is with other road users or ownself buang. The tribebike itself is cheap but 3rd pty liability is relatively high.

P plate drivers are equally hazard on the road.. worst, some are driving with friends account which mean they dun even have license..

Don't say that, at least be in the middle, if you aren't sure about directions.

However usually the most experienced riders should be behind so as to keep an eye on things in the convoy...
