next time if such happens again (touchwood) & u don't have camera phone, try asking the person who is behind u (witnesses maybe or he can be the witness too) to help u snap pictures.. in this case, u will obtain pictures of the accident as well as securing a witness..

but doesnt really carry much weight. those so called investigation officer dontwant to decide who is right/wrong and leaves it to the judge.

• Always plan to be early or at least on time to avoid any unforeseen circumstances.. Else inform..
  
• Prepare your cash card (50c) & touch and go card RM1.10 for 2nd link (one way).. No card go buy, beg, steal or borrow..
  
• Ride in an orderly manner.. Volunteer to help out if you know convoy marshaling..

NABEI i just saw the lawyer letter my bike shop give to the ******* who change lane without checking.. he cb say he check no car then change then i too fast from behind so hit him when the fact is he suddenly swerve out and i was in my lane then no time to brake. somemore the drawing he draw is his car is in the first lane liao then.. when the fact was his car during the collision was in the middle of first and second lane. knn.

years back i got into an accident on aye with a taxi. he cut across the chevron line and hit into me, i skid into another car and hit my head on that cars bumper. I didnt have cam phone so i got his passengers to help me take photo be witness. got lawyer also, take 3 years to close the case. awarded 80/20.

 

photos really important. the taxi drivers statement also full of crap, say i speeding. but no matter how fast i go, he cut across the chevron line like maciam purposely wanna kill me. lol. lucky got pics..

 

but honestly the most sian part is these kinda cases take damn long for lawyer to settle, once its over u will feel relieved regardless of the compensation.

btw, my secondary aim of joining you guys yesterday was actually to advertise an event for my school's riding club. NTU Rider's Club.

It's a charity bike wash, all of the proceeds of $10 per wash will go to the Spastic Children's Association of Singapore.

It'll be on the 15th of December at Spastic Children's Association of Singapore, right after the Esso at the junction of Elias Road and Pasir Ris Drive 1.

We'll be there from 9am to 5pm.

 

YY is coming too with the fz16 riders, hope to see the rest of you too.

So if convenient for you, please do drop by for the small kind act of charity, I'll ensure that your bike will be washed as thoroughly as we can manage ; )
