Motorola E680

I bought the phone and i love this phone...

newbie, although using 2 hand for sms, but the sms speed is very fast .. coz writing !

Any idea wat format the playlist is in ? Cos when i transfer the playlist from my pc , cannot play on the fone .

it's using linux system I think... not too sure. the format of MP3 is the same as nokia... but got to run on realplayer. If videos MPEG4

the I version can read up to 2GB memory stick while the normal version reads up to 1GB onli .

E680i can use the bluetooth to listen to MP3... and can hold 2 GB... yes .. thats all.

got a question regarding this phone.... as most pple remember, last time when using motorola phones, when a call or an sms comes in, the caller/ or sms-er is not shown by his/her name but rather the phone number. so having a phone book in the phone is like redundant as it will train you to remember every single person's no.....

 

So i'd like to ask is that is this phone still going to show the phone number instead of the person's name or has that already been changed?

this feature has ready being improved... they show everything...

can store many phone under one name, can store 2 hp number, 2 home, 2 office, 2 email and many many more

i haf a qn although this comes in late... i owned both O2 xphone and e680i. the quality of mp3 sound, compared when using stereo headphones, i find that xphone produces a much louder sound.. im used to hearing music loud.. so my qn is, is there anyway e680i mp3 volume (sound) can be increased despite the settings are already set to the top? i want to crank it up a notch

Press n hold the top right hand button on the side of the fone till it automatically activate the Voice activation program . Then go to the settings menu , should have a voice command menu , set it on On n u can hear the fone reading out messages to u , but our sms all short form , somwtime when read out , very funny .

no.. e380i cant edit the contents... btw, anybody noe where can donload plugin for the realplayer so that i can watch avi movies?

I think its in the cd-rom provided .

this E680 comes with a cd software, all movies files will be converted to .rm or .3gp files in-order to be downloaded into ur h/p fr PC

EzxSync,

GPRS Manager,

RealPlayer, or

Theme PC Tool?

 

cos these are the only prog in the CD provided leh...
