jb exchange rate 238 opposite pelangi

hi juz to check with those who frequent jb for petrol, from 1 Jan 09 onwards msia ciggs are not allowed into s'pore anymore even opened pack with at least one cigg taken out? could anyone verify this? thanks

if unopen cirgattes kanna when checking at custom way back, each pack fined $500( used to be $200 )

 

1 person = 1 opened pack

5 persons = 5 opened packs

 

if happened you got more extra cirgattes, i suggest you throw it away or go red channel declare.. a pack dont know tax how much lor...may be $7++ or $8+++

 

if u happened to bring quite a few packs back, dont be happy you are just lucky..

not everytime so luck.. me myself kanan 3packs before which i oso forgotten..

must pay on the spot.. not enough cash? they will give you more time to make calls get other to tranfer to you..so you can use nets

Think you should just remain low profile If you pass custom without being caught for open pack foreign ciggy.

 

there no rule or law indicate that you will be ok for bring in foreign open packed ciggy (19 Sticks) but there law indicated that even 1 stick of foreign ciggy found on you when passing custom without declaration, you are consider smuggling.

 

Dont want to go on further explain it and hope you all know the meaning behind it.
