it is your duty to check whatever papers you are signing...dont just put your signature to whatever paper people throw at you...

 

whether you can cancel your order or not really depends on what you have signed...

all the papers that you have signed are the transfer document etc.

did you leave your ic with them?

did you get a loan with them?

if yes to the 2 question, then i think you should get ready to take your bike.

i didnt leave my IC with them but i did take a loan with them, but not finalised. I haven put Down payment yet, and i haven say how many years i want yet.

cos you dunno wat papers you signed... so its quite hard for anyone to advice you.

first and foremost, its your duty to ensure that you do not sign anything you do not understand or feel comfortable with.

I have purchased and taken loan from Asphoon for the past 5yrs, this is the way they work.

I have no problems with them. infact, i would recommend them to persons looking for bikes. their service is so-so, the prices are not excatly cheap, but most importantly their transaction is TRANSPARENT. they do not hide any charges or facts from you. everything is broken down for you upon request.

 

You can still call them to cancel the deal. But your chances are 50-50. speak to the incharge and not the salesman. as the salesman will tell you cannot of course as its his commission.

Since you haven't given downpayment, i'm quite sure they will NOT do registration (brand new bike) or transfer (2nd hand bike) to your name yet. even if you have put IC, its for convience sake that when the bike is ready, they just do transfer and no need you come down to hand over IC.

 

You try call 67470770 (ASP CHANGI BRANCH) look for Wilson and speak to him.

He is the son of Asphoon boss and he is a nice chap who is willing to help. He is the manager for that branch. This is a family business therefore it will be easier if you talk to one of their family members (Wilson).

All my bikes are purchased from Changi branch, other branches i not sure. i've heard negative comments about other branches.
