yipee!!! finally get to wake up my neightours again!

got my termis!!!

 

Oops, luckily i'm not your neighbour! FYI, i wake them up once in a while with

my remus grand prix. I think that is the reason, why my left hand signal was broken. Soonafterwards, i dont dare to blow the exhaust anymore, always enter into my multi storey carpark with clutch depressed...

 

W/O noise, owning a ducati will be a mistake....

okok.. btw which year is your bike?

and hows the periodic maintenance for monster like?????

 

I did a post sometime back about monster maintenance and costs involved. Bottom line is this. It's not any more expensive than what non-owners tell you. The only extra bit you have to put in is what I call TLC.......You need to really sayang your monster, coz she isn't your average run-of-the-mill kick-start-go type of bike.

One man's meat is another man's poison. At the end of the day, whatever bike (or anything else for that matter) your getting, you have to mentally & emotionally be willing to part with the money to get the goods. IOW, do you think it's a fair price and does your heart go whooomm when you see it. If yes, then what the whole world says doesn't matter.....coz you are happy.

 

& that my friend is what matters.....

yeah what u say is true. its kinda hard to choose between the new and old monster. both r equally nice. old monster is less radical look and it wil appear nice at all time, classic look.

new one is air cooled and i m not sure is it a dry clutch type.

it was a really fun ride today. Except for the stupid breakdown of my bike. Now I have a excuse to go and get all the bike faults sorted out.

A SAFE RIDER IS NOT NECESSARY A GOOD RIDER. HE MUST HAVE EXCELLENT RIDING SKILLS AND JUDGEMENT TOO.

Welcome to the group. We meet every Sunday night, 8:30pm at the KTM Railway Station on Keppel road. Ride in all the way to the back, last tables on the right. We usually go for a ride after that. Hope to see you there.

We MAY be switching the meet-up to Saturday nights instead of Sunday.. Any preference from forumers? Location will be the same as its most central.

Dreamed I was a muffler. Woke up exhausted.

I'm in a competition with Lenny to see hoo can post less.

 

Sunday nite's ride had a time limit. It was set so that everyone could get home by midnight.

 

Saturday nite we can ride till the sun comes up

As for my monster, I think i will put it on hold for now. I will be going overseas in August till end of the year. Have a mini-project for my 916:thumb:

I think it's a good deal. Honestly speaking these monsters engines were designed to last. If he really did all those things that he said he did, then 7K is cheaper than fair price.
