Go minerva better. I went Excel ask for quote before, their interest rate is high. And Minerva's price includes comprehensive insurance.

Hi all,

any idea where I can find a 2002 onwards Ducati Monster instrument cluster (kph) with a tacho?

Tried eBay but they're all in mph as mostly from US.

Or would those work for us too with a little modification?

Am riding a 98 monster which runs on a mph meter. working fine.

My old bike. They resprayed it red from Orange. Leo Vince exhaust, ohlins rear shocks, custom wind shield, Oberon slave cylinder, carbon fibre electronic speedometer, carbon parts, K&N air filter, Rizoma grip.

But the fork is no good, leaks at the top and the metal tube is a little corroded.

Now you tempt me with your old bike.I really love the dual side exhaust of the s4r but your aftermarket parts are worth it.Other than the fork, everything else is ok?

Yea only the fork is a bit worrisome. But I don't know how much to fix it, especially the metal tube. Cos I tried to find people to fix it but didn't manage to, and buying new costs too much. The top leaking can be easily fixed with a new seal.

Their interest rate is 6%, elsewhere is cheaper. Pay full cash, they don't allow outside loan. If you never owned a Ducati before I don't recommend you buying my one.

You scare me bro.the older models are more expensive to maintain? I have always like ducati's dry clutch sound.never fail to turn my head everytime see a duc on the road.i guess if there is a passion money is no object..

ducati maintenance depends on bike condition. for an old bike it all boils down to bike. can be cheap if it has no problem but very expensive and stuck in the workshop for a long time if there are problems.

Dood for 2 up riding you might wish to consider one of the ducati STs. ST2, ST4(s), ST3(s). Uncomfy for pillion on any monster on long fast rides up north.

Dreamed I was a muffler. Woke up exhausted.

for that budget u should be able to get a relatively top end monster S4R i would reckon 4 yrs old thereabouts or older.

i would believe 2 up on any ducati except maybe the touring or multistrada would be terrible for both rider and pillion. too much torque in a ducati

If you changed your belts it's a full service which involves checking and adjusting valve clearances. This is included in the labour costs. Get your facts right before throwing accusations.

What bike are you riding?
