thanks Bro! but its for speed triple so wont fit. i managed to get it today at unique motorsports.

alas i also spend another $600 on evotech aluminum accessories .... so much for telling myself not to mod the bike.

 

lets see if i will put some miles on this or if it ends up sitting in my front porch again....hahaha

yup, sold 3mths ago.

 

EBC HH pads are around $75 to $$100 a pair depending on the model of your bike.

 

but there are cheaper series for EBC. i find that HHs are the best

 

i use EBC for my 630i too! haha.

if you like super sharp braking power and pads that bite like a crocodile, i highly recommend EBC HH.

 

if you prefer a mild braking feel, longer braking distance then dont.

 

this brake pads are potent when used in conjunction with steel braided hoses and a good master pump.

my personal top pick.

 

in terms of reviews, just google and you'll find plenty, mostly for it.

i used it for my track bike too 8 yrs ago.

But wat is the lifespan of EBC HH, heard it will eat into the disc rotor as well.

EBC HH lifespan is maybe slightly shorter than normal pads.

No it doesnt eat into the rotors more than any other.

Anyone has these parts for sale?

- rear wheel bearing

Sounds about right. Ducati monsters aren't high revving bikes.

Dude even if you go for dyno run, twins arent high revvers. For a proper high revving track bike get a sportsbike...

Should be abt there. 696 aint that powerful a bike so very easily hit red line. Built for city riding. Maybe a pc5 may give u a couple of ponnies more but its abt there.

Peak power for the 696 is produced at 9000rpm so your bike should be able to rev to at least that rpm. With the pipes and filter, the rev limit can be raised even higher. What's limiting it is probably the ECU, perhaps its standard setting places the rev ceiling at 8500. You can try approaching Minerva to tweak the ECU and get the rev limit raised.

From what I know, you don't rev a V-twin(or L-twin) like inline 4. You make use of the low revs that generates plenty of torque instead. Less is more

m900 is a dry clutch setup. If youre a noob, the servicing bit might not be so straightforward to understand. If youre into older dukes, go for m600 or m750 first. For newer ducs you have m696, m796, the motards, the sportclassics, the stradas etc, all are easy riding. Cheers.
