The reason as to why am I posting this article to all fellow SBF users is because that I realised that I am not only the victim of this con from this PR that was from Malaysia. A friend that I knew recently was also in the same situation that I had faced before.

 

I am sincerely sending out this message to all fellow road users on the road to take extra caution against this PR from Malaysia and I will be uploading his face so that the rest of the fellow road user could take note of him. He claimed to be really sincere about C.O.I my CBR600. He promised to pay for all the fines, road tax and installment but in the end, not only did he fail to honour his promises for the past 6 months.. I really had a hard time searching for him and my vehicle as well as to claim back the amount of money that I had paid for the fines on his behalf. My friend happened to see my vehicle at Bukit Panjang Plaza and informed me about the status of my vehicle. I rushed down immediately to collect my vehicle and i had sent several messages and had made several calls to him just to get him to return me my key. He chose not to reply and return my call after one day that left me with no choice but to made a police report. The sad thing is that the police said that they cannot do anything as I had already retrieved my vehicle and i could only proceed with civil action against him.

Yes, I am the second victim here. He took my bike for COI and not only he failed to pay the installment & the Parking summons but also chose not to attend or reply to my text messages. His gave his wife's contact number as the alternate contact number but whenever i called his wife, incase of not being able to contact him, the reply that always gave me is "I dont Know". I got pissed off with him and went to his block and towed my bike back. This guy contacted me 2 weeks later and asked me whether i am ready to deal with him again. When i asked him as to why didn't he pay the installment and the summons, the reply i got from him is "I am sorry and will not happen again". He expected me to be fooled again and dared to ask me for another deal. I tried to lodge a police complaint but was advised by the police that they cannot interfere in this issue as this is buyer and seller related problem. They suggested me to file a civil case. Pretty troublesome thing. Today i went to his house and his wife is the one answered me saying that she doesnt know anything about her husband, dont know where he went or when he will return. I got fed up and asked her whether she can help to find me my Bike key that he has to return me as i towed my bike but the key was with him. She was acting blurr and when i said i will have to come back with the police, then she went inside as if like she has gone inside to search the bike and finally got back the key. Really a F'ked up person he is. Please everyone be careful with this guy.

I kena con by e same guy too..didnt wan to sign agreement letter..didnt pay instalment for 2 mths + till repo letter came. Dat was e last straw n i took back e bike.
