i bought it thru this guy who advertises in SBF, as being the "distributor" of MOtovation parts. its actually $180 for 1 pair of sliders + the brackets (very well-made brackets i muz say). but bcos the sliders too short, i say i wan to change to the longer ones, muz top-up another $20, thus total= $200

 

talking abt whether they are good/practical? very subjective, ultimately depends on how the bike has fallen.... nonetheless, i still "feel" better having them on.....

Btw, went to Motoworld this morning... saw 2 FJR there. 1 Black (FU plate)and the other Blue (FBA plate). Wonder if they are one of us in here.

Went into MY this morning, no problem with singapore or Malaysia custom

 

However when coming back to singapore saw a singapore plate bridal car stuck at the custom for a very long time, don't know what happen.

 

Anyway when my turn comes to clear the custom, I remove my speck so that I can remove my helmet for the custom police to see my face. You know what happen next?, that retarded blardy custom police look at my passport and look at me several time with a stupid look on his face.

Then he ask me to put my speck back on for him to see my face again

My passport was issued on Nov 2000, just 7 years ago and I got so much problem. I was starting to get pissed off and ask him "any problem with my photo" and he reply "yes"

 

Next he ask me "what your vehicle number huh".

I was really boiling inside and just keep quiet and stare at him. Seeing no respond from me, he got up from his seat and went to the side of his booth to look at my bike number and then return my passport to me.

This is the first time I come across such a retarded custom police. The singapore side of the custom is being exceptionally strict today so be prepare for delay.
