Hey, guys anyone know what is the price of changing the side mirrors for FJR huh? Accidental smashed the mirror man...

 

Buy at Auto-Machinery, Rowell Road. Not sure wats the pricing now but definitely cheaper den HL.

 

bot my previous 07 model at $80 for 1 piece, hence 1 pair = $160. DIY.

i called HL at that time they quoted me $110 exclud GST for 1 piece. :faint:

oh ic.. but its the original that you are talking about right.. cos my side quoted me 210 for a side.. cos it does not come with just the mirror but must buy the whole piece...

not sure wat u mean by whole piece, but when i bot mine its the same as wat appeared on the pic below, the whole mirror fixed to front cowling with 2 screws i think.

Good morning guys,

 

Can i know how much oil is needed for the shaft ? I bought my bike 2nd hand so no owners's manual .

Have anybody got any idea if we can get our battery from other sources apart from Hong Leong? Seem like it's rather different from normal battery. And btw, what's the average life span? Thought since it's so special might last longer than the average 2 years. Thanks in advance.

Anyways . . . saw a two FJRs today at Tampines Mall area. 1st one(grey) was parked along tampines av 4 outside UOB with white helmet on it. 2nd one is parked parked outside NTUC with a huge tamiya sticker on the sides . Does it belongs to any of u guys here ?

Hi,anyone riding the 2010 FJR.How the bike?From all the older post of the 2003 and 2004 model,some say there's a heat problem,shaft bering problem,fuel sensor problem etc.Does anyone exprience these problems with the 2010 model? Thanks

auto machinery bro..auto machinery...everything, EVERYTHING, can be found there. provided you want stock lah..if aftermarket, then have to source elsewhere. im too sure about lifespan though..i havent changed mine since i took over the bike 1 year ago..the voltmeter still showing 14ish (without headlight) 13ish (with headlight on)..so im guessing still ok..though now taking like a full second to crank and start up the engine..cannot be sparkies as just changed..:cry:

 

and 210 for the mirror is *strangling*..bro zamani is right, 80bucks only..okay not "only", but comparing to 210, hmmm...

Hey thanks bro. Auto Machinery brings in alot of scooter parts as well right? Think I know which 1 you were referring. And the price is WOW........ Stock or not is ok but have to make sure it's the right CCA. :p

Malaysian Automated Clearance System (MACS)

 

Gd Day all,

 

I just made this pass for myself.

It will allow u to pass malaysian Immigrations without

filling up the white card and getting ur passport chop.

 

Criteria

 

1.More than 4 times IN/OUT of Malaysia for last 2 months

2.Standby 1 recent passport size photograph

3. RM30 for 1 yr validity

 

So what ur waiting for......

Get 1 for ur self to enjoy the benefits

Ahakz!! i've just made mine yest!!! ahah...but the thing is if we go thru bukit kayu hitam we still have to fill in the white card though..but its kinda defeat the purpose. this MACS only for short trip between spore n msia...

I got a brand new Kappa 37 litre box (Model forgotten) with break light available. PM if you are interested. Its black in colour
