Hey peeps..hows the meet up turn up? i'm unable to mit u guys...perhaps next tyme ya..

Thinking of it...but really need to hear the sound than can decide...guess gonna take quite awhile..I think should be after trip..or perhaps drop the thought of changing completely..

Bro...dont be surprised..quite a number of them...I dont think most of the Harley owners live in pte property..

i am not saying that harley owners dont stay in HDB. Long before my time, harley is known for their loud exhaust. My grandparents know that as well, now my nephew can also differentiate a harley exhaust sound from the common bike. The wonders of Internet and movies. To everyone, oh...that harley, it must be loud. Sub consciously people already accept that. Besides unless the common bikes that we see everyday, how often do we come across harley on the road? Since less usage equals to less roll out of the MCP equals to less frequencies of irritating the residents per week. So its still acceptable to some. At least it booms once-twice a week.

 

Perhaps FJR is your usual day to day transport. Every day morning and evening, without fail, your super duper loud exhaust booms and disturbs. How long do you think people will start to be unhappy?

 

My kawa concours has leovince without silencer taken out. When i leave the carpark, cars alarm will sound without fail. There was a time after i visited my friend, i rode pass a car in the MCP, its alarm sounded. The owner happened to walk towards his car from the staircase. From the side mirror, he was staring at me. Not too sure whether he is admiring or he is pissed off that his car alarm sounded.

 

Just wanna share the advantageous and disadvantageous of having loud exhaust.
