Everything is good, so just get one..avg 55-56 miles/gallon travelling around RPM between 3000-4000. Normal maintainence, 4 litre engine oil with filter change.

 

Errr so the conversion to km/l is?? U mean fjr is in miles ?

My avg mileage is onli arnd 43 - 44 mpg , is it ok ?

Ya somewhere around there...I'm getting around 19.5km/l after conversion, just went to pump this morning. I dont know about the others..I guess also depends alot on how you ride...as I said..I dont rev above 4000rpm...and I usually glide to stop..( Clutch in ).

How much is your budget? know a friend selling his 1.5 yrs FJR about 24 or 26K, cant remember.

WA bro u really can ride it slow man! that kind of m/g i only get it when i am running in but now i am getting like 45 m/g i think its maybe i myself ridding to hard hahaha :angel:

 

guess i got to stop ridding hard at pick up hehehe i every time rev until 4k rpm or abit more dan change gear de for the pick up shok shok but burn fuel =(

Bro, I'm much limited by road conditions in the morning to CBD area la...cant speed so maintain..no point to rev hard than have to slow down or stop due to some drivers stopping or cannot drive straight. Sigh...when time to go home...the road condition is the same again...so no opportunity for me to rev actually..wahaha..

well, which shop did you buy it from?? Sales talk by the shop I guess....say have stock then later no after getting your deal..why not you approach Hong Leong and check with Mr Richard from the sales department? state you bikeshop and check their inventory then you will know roughly where and when your bike is coming.

 

he is knows nuts about it..then you may gotten a Parallel Imported model.

anyone experienced fuel sensor issues?

my 04's fuel sensor seems to be konked...

 

Situation:

Fuel filled to full tank, travel for 70km and the meter displays half tank of fuel left, but fuel inside the tank definitely more then what the meter display.

 

Any of you had this issue before?

i bought from the same shop where i got my previous FJR. last time it took about a week... this time round, tomorrow it will be one month.

my neighbour helped me call the shop and now they tell my neighbour one week more.

 

i'll just call hong leong to check.
