some people thinks that buying from us is more expensive then from shop. ours has no interest but shops has. for those who knows how to do their calculations jolly well knows that direct owner is always cheaper. but some do like shops warranty etc.so be it.

 

i would like to make it clear for my FJR. I love my FJR, i love the panniers , i love the exos note. i love the looks of those who envy. I am not in the rush to sell.i dont even have to sell also.i not sure if others have the same views and reasoning as me, " good price why dont sell"

 

so just to clarify again no one is dumping their FJR becos of lousy bike, i am just checking out the market value.

i seldom ride my bike. my bike in good condition..very smooth..one day i rode to my office...after 20 mins, i went to start my bike..oh god..my bike could'nt start..sounds like da battery flat..i just thinking..oh..must be da battery flat..so i towed it to motorshop. the boss told me, my throttle sensor,battery and 'electric fire'..'electric fire? i dont knw wat is dat..already gone liao..how come one shot need to changed..? i was wondering..he charged me $600 plus..my battery is 1 year old..throttle sensor just changed about 6 mths ago...i cant remember how much...i just wanna know, wat causes dis fault..? thks in advanced..

5.5K??? I bought in Thailand for 1.5k. Damn tax....anyway...can consider...really nice bike to ride...perhaps Nouvo also...at least under seat has more space than Fino..and more powerful as well..

1.5k should be the correct pricing, but when u add in the current coe 2.3k, reg fee, admin fee blah blah blah..5.5k lor...

haha, Most of the FJR owners whom i know is either married or are pretty busy.so turn out might not be what u expect.u hav to plan ahead. aleast 1-2 weeks in advance for slightly better turn out.

I would suggest a saturday night perhaps 2 weeks from now or so...anyway...we are also planning a trip to melaka...perhaps u're interested..

 

You have to state date, time and place...then write you name first in the namelist..best with tel number also...

 

Can I suggest Sembawang to watch EPL....that will be great for me..

get tools for all nuts n bolts, hex wrench, screwdriver (flat n phillips), long nose pliers. I also bring things like duct tape, cable ties, small tube of quick drying cement/silicone, tire kit with CO2 canisters, air pump, torchlight..couple of other things I can't think of now.

bag liners - local are pretty expensive. Ebay has a few. I just use any old bag that can fit and ziplock everything.

 

phone holders - can't go wrong with RAM mounts. Local is JK Commercial. Can also get online at various sites. (which can be cheaper considering the low US dollar now even with shipping)

 

4) where can i get the small goods box for the rear rack?

 

I aslo interested in this. Especially how u guys mount it. I don't want to lose the grabrail. Got some ideas but if u guys have a proven method that would be great.

OK for those guys asking for the small rear box.

 

Here its goes, first go mustafa center lvl 3 and buy a cash box (they do hav diff in size)

 

2nd drill a hole at the bottom of the box in the center

 

3rd get a longer screw and screw it in the rear tail where there is 3 screw there, (note u might wan to paste some 3m tape on the bottom of the box before u mount it to proctect your paint work)

 

total cost less dan $50 haha
