hi all, just wanna ask on FJR pannier constraints.

 

Can it fit in 1 full face + 1 raincoat jacket +pants?

Don't worry it can fit.

Just make sure u fold your raincoat n pants nicely. Can also try to squeeze in the helmet to save more space.

i think this time really battery gg to go liao....4 days nv ride..then when i start, crank for quite a while, volt meter shows low..less then 9v...even i start 2day also quite diff to start...other then the usual shops, any lobang for battery...haiz..

If ur battery not yet 2 yrs then dun waste $$ to change, juz charge it n its gd to go..

i hope its only 2 but its more then 2, its still the original battery, its 2yr 7mths..i think its good to go...

Hi, my friend's fjr is 04 ABS model just had this displayed on the LCD screen. Er _4

Anyone noes what fault or error is this?

The bikes rides normally. Only the LCD screen shows the code as mentioned. All other info like time, fuel, odometer, tripmeter and engine temperature, all this are not shown on the screen!

However, the analogue rpm meter and speedometer are working, as well as all the idiot lights.

Any suggestions or remedies appreciated.

guys, double check the bolts that are holding up your exhausts. they are located below the panniers.

 

mine dropped off.

 

i went to my bike in the morning and saw one of my exhaust at a different angle, so i went to HL to get a size 8 bolt for $2. some more not FJR original one, don't know from which bike.

Its not the matter of 2yrs or less but its the matter of the mileage that u covered however its also depends on the condition of the battery actually..

I personally feels that there is no definite market price...if you comfortable with the price...buy it...nevertheless, depreciation for FJR should be 3K/year..theoritically speaking...since a new one will cost you about 32K I think.

agreed..some times to have a cheap and good bike is not easy to find..
