It better u go early in the morning or prepare to get MC and spend ur day there. So by the time u reach there in the late morning, about late afternoon u be able to go unless u got lots of things to change then u need to wait lo

I think hor if your problem is big or many, then will have to wait sometime, but if small things like change EO, spark plugs....etc chop chop one....they will do yours first....then continue to do those big projects on their hand.......

When they have good reputation, their business will also be good, so waiting time will be a little bit longer.

I been there many times but didn't managed get them to touch my bike.

Today I gave my virgin to them.

Alamak! Ask them to bleed my brake and they gave me brake like a taufu feeling with no rear brake at all. Worst, the fluid cover was not peoperly covered and now my tank kenna the fluid already. Heart very pain... just swallow slivia lan lan already.

Oh yes, I didn't know that the term "Bleed the brake" is just open cap, top up the fluid and that's all. Seems like easier than making my regular home brew nescafe leh.

No offence, but I think this is the first and last I ever let them touch my bike again. Overall, I think this shop rating is quite good but I have higher expectations.

Cheers!

True...they don't perform what u expected.

But u paid peanut for a peanut....no offence, joe.

What can u expect frm a small shop? Well, there re big shops out there i had tried,

they charge more but still give the less convicing services tat i had expected. Wat

to do.:weep:

cannot say like that...

service good or not isn't determine by the price we pay.

this kind of attitude is the main cause of bad customer service.

this is actually the mechanic's problem, vince, if ah chong do your bike, he will wash hand before touchign your throttle grip, he will check everything before he hands the bike to you.

now his mech all not up to standard, and ah chong too busy answering phone and other stuffs. hence planet's service drop....

that's why i seldom go back because i dont trust his mech...

Huh! I pay peanut? How can you judge that I am so stingy to mechanic lay? I didn't even ask how much or bargain as I am willing to spent below SG$50 that day on bleeding the brake.

I don't expect much from a small shop of coz, but at least they know the term "bleed the brake" right. They top the fluid and kenna my tank! My friend was there and my friend quickly use my cheapo glove to cover my tank to prevent more fluid spilling down.

Anyway pal, it's just that I had some bad luck and the new mechanic or apprentice whom didn't know much about bike did mine.. oh damn....

Overall rating, I think Planet is a good repair shop. Just that they do not know how to service Italian bike.

Cheers!
